Ambitions

Getting started is the hardest part.
We handle it.

Type a goal — or just what's in your head. The scaffold breaks it into steps sized to the energy you actually have right now, not the energy you wish you had.

The Governor

It knows when you're running low.

When your system is overloaded, the app adapts — reducing what it asks of you, surfacing regulation tools, and activating Sanctuary mode before the crash arrives.

Kitchen

A full week of meals.
One tap.

Set a budget, pick cuisines, tap plan. The AI builds a week around your pantry, chains leftovers to cut waste, and sends the exact shopping list straight to Walmart pickup — eliminating the demand stack that turns groceries into takeout.

  • ~$1,300/yr in food waste eliminated — USDA average
  • Phantom-pantry duplicates structurally prevented
  • Ingredient-matched to the exact Walmart product
  • Cost per serving calculated before you buy

Calendar

Transitions handled.
Context never lost.

The calendar understands transition cost, custody schedules, and your energy through the day — so it never books a deep-work block right after a draining meeting.

An overhead view of a calm kitchen counter at dawn: a planning notebook, fresh produce arranged unhurriedly, and morning light through a window — visualizing the cognitive load that the platform absorbs.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use HolosCognitive?

+

No diagnosis required. HolosCognitive is designed for anyone whose brain struggles with executive function — task initiation, sequencing, context switching, or energy management across the day. This includes ADHD, autism, burnout, chronic fatigue, and anyone who finds standard productivity tools don't work for how their mind actually operates. The platform adapts to your allostatic load — the measurable physiological cost of stress and cognitive effort — not a diagnostic label. You describe your capacity in a 30-second morning check-in, and the system calibrates from there.

What's included in the 14-day free trial?

+

Full access to every feature on your chosen plan — Ambitions, The Governor, daily check-ins, Calendar, Sanctuary mode, and on the Family plan: AI meal planning, Walmart grocery ordering, custody schedules, and allergen safety profiles. A card is required but won't be charged for 14 days. Your trial begins when you complete your first morning check-in. If you don't subscribe after the trial, your data stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 additional days before deletion. You can export everything before then from Settings.

Does HolosCognitive write to my calendar or health records?

+

No. Calendar integration is read-only — HolosCognitive syncs from Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple iCal to understand your schedule density, but it never creates, edits, or deletes events on your behalf. The app never writes to health or medical records. Behavioral signals like check-ins, task completions, and capacity transitions are generated within the app itself. Nothing is pulled from or pushed to external health systems without your explicit action.

How is this different from Todoist, Notion, or any other task manager?

+

Standard task managers assume you already know how to start. They give you a blank list and expect you to sequence, prioritize, and initiate on your own — which is exactly the step that's hardest for neurodivergent minds. HolosCognitive generates the steps for you, sizes them to your current energy state, and changes what you see based on how much cognitive bandwidth you actually have at that moment. When capacity is low it shows one micro-step. When you're in flow it shows the full plan. No task manager with a static list does that.

What is LALI and why does it matter?

+

LALI stands for Load-Adaptive Layer Interface — the capacity tracking system that makes HolosCognitive adapt in real time. It tracks your allostatic load across four states: Flow, Nominal, Transition, and Recovery. Each state changes what the interface shows you — simplifying under load, expanding when you're ready for more. LALI is fully configurable: dial it from fully off (pure manual control) to full adaptive analysis. It's not a mood tracker — it models the physiological cost your nervous system is currently carrying and adjusts accordingly.

Is my data private? Does HolosCognitive sell user data?

+

HolosCognitive never sells user data. The platform is HIPAA-compliant, meaning your behavioral and health-adjacent data is handled under the same legal standards as protected health information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. HolosLabs has no mechanism to monetize user data through advertising or resale. You can export a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings without contacting support.

Is there a mobile app?

+

The web app works on any mobile browser today. Dedicated native apps for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) are in development and coming soon. When they launch they will sync in real time with your web account — goals, calendar events, and capacity state carry over seamlessly. Early access notifications go to registered users first.
