For contractors & trades

Run the job.
Not the overhead.

HolosCognitive scaffolds your jobs, delegates to your crew, and handles the administrative mental load of running a trade operation — so your capacity goes to the actual work.

A weathered work truck tailgate at dawn: a clipboard with a job list, a coffee thermos, organized hand tools. Conveys a calm start to a long day with the planning already done.

Ambitions

Any job, broken down
to the next step.

Type the job or say it out loud. The scaffold breaks it into concrete steps sized to your current capacity — no blank-page paralysis, no missed steps, no cognitive overload on complex multi-phase jobs.

The Governor

Knows when you're running on fumes.

Physical trades are cognitively expensive before the first tool comes out. The Governor tracks your capacity across the day and warns you before burnout — not after.

Delegate

Assign it once.
Track it in real time.

DELEGATOR and MEMBER roles let you push scaffold steps to crew with the right permissions. No phone tag, no ambiguity — everyone sees exactly what's next and who owns it.

Kitchen

Long days need easy dinners.
Not expensive ones.

After 10 hours on site, figuring out dinner hits a depleted brain — and the default is takeout at $40 a meal. Tap plan and the AI builds the week, handles the Walmart order, and cuts that cycle entirely.

  • ~$1,300/yr recovered from food waste alone
  • Takeout displacement loop broken on high-fatigue days
  • Exact Walmart product match — cost per serving before you commit

Frequently asked questions

Does HolosCognitive work offline on a job site with no signal?

+

HolosCognitive requires an internet connection for AI scaffold generation, capacity tracking, and calendar sync. However, scaffolds and task lists that have already been generated are cached on your device and remain accessible if you lose signal mid-job. New AI generation, sync, and The Governor's adaptive features require connectivity. On low-signal job sites, the app continues to display your existing scaffold and lets you check off steps — updates sync when signal is restored.

Can I delegate tasks to my crew?

+

Yes. HolosCognitive includes DELEGATOR and MEMBER roles designed specifically for crew delegation. As the DELEGATOR, you assign scaffold steps to specific crew members. Each MEMBER sees only their own queue — the exact next step they own, not the full job breakdown. This removes the overhead of repeated verbal instruction and eliminates the check-in-to-confirm loop. Real-time completion updates are visible to the DELEGATOR as steps are checked off. No separate app required for crew members.

Do my crew members each need a paid account?

+

No. The Family plan includes 2 AI-seat users (full adaptive scaffold and Governor) and 6 manual-seat users. Manual seats can receive and complete delegated scaffold steps without needing their own AI-powered planning. If your crew members only need to see their assigned steps and check them off, manual seats handle that entirely. AI seats are for people who need the full scaffold generation and capacity-adaptive features — typically the owner or lead on the job.

Does the scaffold work for jobs I've never done before?

+

Yes. Ambitions generates steps from your description of the job — it does not require a pre-built template or prior history. Describe the job out loud or type it in, and the AI breaks it into sequenced, concrete steps based on your current capacity state. For complex multi-phase jobs, it structures phases sequentially and surfaces the next action without overwhelming you with the full picture at once. If a step is unclear, you can ask for more detail and the scaffold expands that step in-place.

Does HolosCognitive integrate with estimating or invoicing software?

+

Not currently. HolosCognitive is focused on cognitive execution — task scaffolding, capacity management, crew delegation, and home life support — rather than job costing or billing workflows. There is no native integration with QuickBooks, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms. If an integration with your existing toolchain is important to you, reach out at [email protected] — this is tracked for roadmap prioritization.

Is there a mobile app for on-site use?

+

Yes. HolosCognitive is available on iOS and Android in addition to the web version. The mobile app supports voice input for Ambitions — you can describe a job out loud rather than typing, which matters when your hands are occupied or you're moving between tasks. Push notifications from The Governor surface capacity alerts and transition reminders. The crew delegation interface is fully functional on mobile so crew members can check off steps from their phones.

How does the meal planning feature help on long work days?

+

Long work days deplete the same cognitive circuits you've been using all day — which is why "what's for dinner" feels impossible at 6pm after a full day on the job. The AI meal planner handles the entire decision stack: it builds a full week of meals around what's in your pantry, generates the grocery list, and matches every ingredient to the right Walmart product for one-tap ordering. On high-fatigue days it surfaces the simplest meals first. The kitchen overhead is handled before you leave the job site.

Less overhead in your head.
More capacity on the job.
