HolosCognitive — ADHD App for Goals, Calendar & Kitchen

HolosCognitive is a neuro-inclusive platform that cuts the clicks between you and what matters. AI-powered scaffolding for goals and lists, calendar management, and kitchen planning — adapting in real time to your energy and capacity. Built for ADHD, autism, executive burnout, and neurodivergent individuals and families.

What HolosCognitive Does

For ADHD professionals

Your brain isn't broken.
It just runs hotter.

HolosCognitive automates executive function — initiation, sequencing, context switching — so your cognitive output goes to the work only you can do.

A clean modern home office at golden hour — a closed laptop, a paper notebook with a single check, and a clear desk surface. Suggests overhead handled by the system so the high-leverage thinking can happen.

Ambitions

Getting started is the hardest part.
We handle it.

Type your goal — or just say what's in your head. The scaffold breaks it into steps sized to the energy you actually have right now, not the energy you wish you had.

The Governor

It adapts before the crash arrives.

As your energy drops, the interface reduces what it asks of you — fewer options, bigger steps, regulation tools surfaced before you need to ask. Sanctuary mode activates when you need it most.

Calendar

Your calendar is a nervous system input.

Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple iCloud sync read-only to compute schedule density. Every meeting auto-generates a preparation step with a transition buffer — so the cognitive cost is absorbed before you feel it.

HIPAA-compliant AI via Google Cloud BAA. Automated IRS-compliant superbills. Clinical telemetry exports for your provider. pgAudit cryptographic logging for every adaptive decision — nothing is a black box.

Kitchen

Dinner shouldn't be another decision.

After a full cognitive day, the kitchen demand stack — inventory recall, recipe matching, grocery derivation — depletes the same circuits you need for work. The AI handles it entirely: meal plan built around your pantry, list sent to Walmart, groceries ordered without setting foot in a store.

  • ~$1,300/yr food waste eliminated — no more phantom-pantry purchasing
  • Grocery overspend reduced — no in-store impulse exposure
  • Capacity-matched meals on low-energy days — breaks the takeout loop

Frequently asked questions

Does HolosCognitive require an ADHD or autism diagnosis?

+

No. HolosCognitive does not require a diagnosis of any kind. The platform is built around allostatic load — the measurable physiological cost your body pays to manage stress and cognitive effort — not diagnostic categories. Whether you've been formally diagnosed with ADHD, suspect you're neurodivergent, or are experiencing burnout and executive dysfunction from sustained high-demand work, the system reads your capacity the same way. A 30-second morning check-in calibrates the interface for the day. No documentation, no provider verification, no diagnostic code required.

Is HolosCognitive HIPAA-compliant?

+

Yes. HolosCognitive is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with a signed Business Associate Agreement with Google Cloud. Behavioral telemetry — including capacity states, task completions, and check-in patterns — is treated as protected health information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Automated IRS-compliant superbills are generated directly within the platform, so you can submit HSA/FSA reimbursements or share documentation with a therapist, psychiatrist, or coach without manual paperwork. pgAudit cryptographic logging ensures every adaptive AI decision is auditable.

What is LALI and how is it different from a mood tracker?

+

LALI — Load-Adaptive Layer Interface — is not a mood tracker. Mood trackers ask how you feel; LALI models the physiological cost your nervous system is currently carrying based on behavioral signals like task completion rate, check-in data, schedule density, and pattern history. It assigns one of four allostatic load states (Flow, Nominal, Transition, Recovery) and adjusts the interface accordingly — fewer prompts, bigger steps, regulation tools surfaced earlier under load. The output is an objective capacity state, not a subjective feeling you reported.

Can I turn off the adaptive interface if I want full manual control?

+

Yes. LALI is fully configurable. You can dial it to completely off — in which case HolosCognitive operates as a standard scaffold tool under your direct control. You can also choose any point between minimal adaptation (check-ins only) and full behavioral modeling. The adaptive features are not imposed on you; they're available when you want them and invisible when you don't. This matters for days when you're in a high-stakes professional context and want predictable interface behavior without dynamic changes.

How do automated superbills work?

+

HolosCognitive generates IRS-compliant superbills automatically based on your subscription usage. Each superbill documents the service period, cost, and a structured description suitable for HSA/FSA reimbursement or provider documentation. They're generated monthly and available for download from your billing settings without any manual data entry. If your therapist, psychiatrist, or ADHD coach accepts third-party documentation, you can export the telemetry summary alongside the superbill to provide clinical context for your sessions.

Will my employer or insurer be able to see my HolosCognitive data?

+

No. HolosCognitive has no mechanism to share data with employers, insurers, or third parties. Your account data is visible only to you. The platform does not integrate with enterprise HR systems, health insurance networks, or workplace monitoring tools. HIPAA compliance enforces strict data access controls — your behavioral and capacity data cannot be accessed by HolosLabs staff for advertising, resale, or reporting. If you choose to export telemetry for your own provider, that export is initiated by you and goes only where you send it.

Can I share my telemetry data with my therapist or psychiatrist?

+

Yes. HolosCognitive can export your capacity history, allostatic load trends, and task completion patterns as a PDF or CSV for your provider. This gives your clinician objective behavioral data between sessions — a more grounded starting point than recall alone. The export is initiated from your Settings page and contains only what you choose to include. No automatic reporting or provider portal integration exists; you control what leaves the platform and when.
