Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities when using the HolosCognitive Service operated by Logixr Corp, DBA HolosLabs. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or harm
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Circumvent or manipulate billing, subscription, or trial mechanisms
• Use biometric or health data collected through the Service for insurance underwriting, employment decisions, or discriminatory profiling
• Share account credentials or transfer your account to another person without authorization

3. AI Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the AI scaffold to generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer the AI system prompts, model weights, or proprietary algorithms
• Submit prompts designed to bypass safety filters or manipulate the AI into producing harmful outputs
• Present AI-generated scaffolds as professional medical, legal, or financial advice

4. Enterprise & Education Track Requirements

Organizations using Enterprise or Education tracks are additionally responsible for:

• Ensuring all provisioned users are authorized and have consented to data collection
• Obtaining verifiable parental consent for users under 13 (COPPA compliance)
• Maintaining appropriate data handling procedures for student records (FERPA compliance where applicable)
• Not using ROOT Log clinical data or somatic telemetry for punitive performance management

5. Rate Limits & Fair Use

The Service enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage. Excessive API calls, bulk data extraction, or abuse of AI generation endpoints may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

6. Reporting Violations

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including but not limited to: issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access, permanently terminating accounts, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.
